Greetings, my name is : Vanessa-Mary.

I am a highly intuitive well-being healer, emotional and spiritual guide. I am also an experienced project, events and risk management specialist.

I use my creative and practical talents to support mums and dads in business, who are ready to grow not just your enterprise, but also your, clarity, and confidence.

After working in the community for over a decade. I founded the SEEDS Community in 2024, as a heart-led space where well-being meets strategy.

In this growing community I am supporting self-employed mums and dads to raise their confidence and energy levels through 1:2:1 and group coaching. I also host networking events which continue to spark collaborative ideas.

I'm very excited about the launch of our Growth Gatherings in November, 2025. Then we'll start sending out the invitations for the highlight our annual gathering at the SEEDS of Unlimited Success, our family business growth summit taking place in May 2026.

At the core of my SEEDS framework is a simple belief. When we take care of ourselves, our businesses thrive too.

I know that being a mum or dad in business can sometimes feel like spinning too many plates at once, for example showing up for your customers, your team, your family.
